Individually Packaged Chocolate Alfajor

Chocolate makes everything better. The same can be said about alfajores. Another spin on the classic Argentinian alfajor, this chocolate version adds another layer of rich flavor to this already delicious cookie. To make our chocolate alfajor, we start with two crumbly chocolate cookies, fill them with rich dulce de leche, and cover them in a thin layer of chocolate. Sound amazing? That’s because they are. Shelf life: 12 weeks.
